How to Redeem
At the Etisalat More Plus POS terminal, press the green button — or use the Neqaty app.
Get your Authentication Number on the POS terminal, or burn points via QR code.
Call the Authentication Number displayed on screen from your registered mobile.
Press the right button to Confirm and choose "Points Redemption" or "Voucher Redemption".
Select the value of points you wish to redeem from the available balance.
Confirm the redemption — a transaction slip is printed automatically with timestamp, value, and merchant name.
